This Privacy Policy explains how Inodus handles the personal data you provide when using this website - especially when you fill out the contact form or run the online website audit. We take privacy seriously and comply with the LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, the Brazilian data protection law - Law No. 13,709/2018).

1. Who controls your data

2. What data we collect

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide:

• Contact form: name, email, the service you are interested in and the message you write.
• Online website audit: name or company, email, the URL of the website you want analyzed, your industry segment and whether you invest in paid media. When you run the audit, we also generate and store the technical result of the analysis of the URL you provide.

We currently do not use tracking, advertising or third-party analytics cookies on this website. We do not intentionally collect sensitive data or data from children and adolescents.

3. Why we use your data (purposes)

• To reply to your inquiry and prepare any proposals or quotes you request.
• To run the technical audit you requested and deliver the result.
• To improve our services and produce aggregated technical studies on website infrastructure - on a statistical basis and, whenever possible, anonymized.

4. Legal basis (LGPD)

We process your data based on the consent you give when submitting the forms (Art. 7, I) and on our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries, delivering the requested service and improving our work (Art. 7, IX), always respecting your rights and expectations.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We only share it with service providers (processors) required to run this website and deliver what you requested, and they process the data under our instructions:

• Resend - delivery of contact emails.
• Supabase - storage of website audit data (servers in Brazil, São Paulo region).
• Vercel and Cloudflare - website hosting and delivery.
• Sanity - website content management.
• Google (PageSpeed / Chrome UX Report) - technical measurement of the URL you submit in the audit.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes above and for the duration of our relationship with you. After that, the data is anonymized or deleted, except where retention is legally required.

7. Your rights

The LGPD grants you, at any time and free of charge, the right to: confirm that your data is being processed; access your data; correct incomplete or outdated data; request anonymization, blocking or deletion; request portability; withdraw your consent; and obtain information about who we share it with. 8. Security

We adopt technical measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), security headers and database access controls. No system is 100% fail-proof, but we treat security as engineering, not as an afterthought.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or in the law. The last updated date is always shown at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated through the appropriate channels.
